Customizing the "Require Image" Field for a Better Return Experience

The ability to change the message for the "require image" field in WeSupply offers flexibility and improves communication with your customers. This feature allows you to tailor the message to match your brand’s tone or provide more clarity about why an image is needed, ensuring a smoother return process.

How It Works

1. Access Translations Settings:
   • Log into your WeSupply account and navigate to Settings > Branding > Translations.
2. Select the Return Center Page:
   • In the "Messages to Edit" drop-down menu, select Return Center Page.
3. Locate the Upload Image Section:
   • Scroll down until you find the "Upload Image" section, where you can edit the message.
4. Customize the Message:
   • Write the message you'd like to display for the "require image" field, ensuring it is clear and fits your brand’s style.
     
5. Save Your Changes:
   • After making the necessary updates, click Save to apply your changes.
