- Test before going live: Try initiating a return on a test order to confirm the window is working as intended.
- Communicate clearly: Make sure your website return policy matches the configuration in WeSupply to avoid customer confusion.
5. Troubleshooting / FAQ
Q: What happens if a customer tries to return after the window has closed?
A: The return option will be disabled, and the customer will not be able to proceed with the request.
Q: Can I set different return windows for different regions or order types?
A: Yes. By using multiple return logics, you can apply unique return windows based on conditions like country, product type, or SKU.
Q: Does the return window start from the order date or delivery date?
A: By default, WeSupply calculates the return window from the delivery date as reported by the carrier.
Q: Can I temporarily extend the return window (e.g., during holidays)?
A: Yes. You can update the number of days in your return logic and save the changes. Remember to switch it back after the period ends.
