1. Overview
Every WeSupply account comes with default hosted pages, such as Order Lookup, Tracking Page, and Returns Portal. These URLs can be embedded into your website navigation, emails, or customer communication flows so shoppers can easily access self-service features.
This guide explains how to locate your unique WeSupply page URLs from the admin panel.
2. Pre-requisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- An active WeSupply account.
- Admin access to the WeSupply dashboard.
- Completed initial setup so your account has generated the hosted pages.
3. Step-by-Step Instructions
- Order Lookup Page: The order lookup page allows customers to search for their orders using an order number and email. Your order lookup URL follows this format: https://youraccount.labs.wesupply.xyz/orders-lookup (replace youraccount with your actual WeSupply subdomain.)
-
Order Page URL: Each order has a dedicated page linked to its order number. The format is https://youraccount.labs.wesupply.xyz/user/order/{order_number}
- For example, if the order number is 1001, the URL would be: https://youraccount.labs.wesupply.xyz/user/order/1001
- Tracking Page URL: The tracking page is linked to an order and provides real-time shipment updates. Customers can access their tracking details directly through their order page. To get the exact tracking link for an order, you can check the order details page in WeSupply.
4. Examples / Best Practices
- Add the Order Lookup Page URL to your site footer under “Track My Order.”
- Use the Returns Portal URL in your return policy page or post-purchase emails.
- If you’ve set up a custom domain (CNAME) for WeSupply, use that version of the URLs for a seamless branded experience.
- Test links in both desktop and mobile browsers before publishing.
5. Troubleshooting / FAQ
Q: The URLs are not showing in my Branding settings. What should I do?
A: Make sure your account setup is completed. If pages are missing, contact WeSupply support to regenerate them.
Q: Can I customize these URLs with my own domain?
A: Yes. You can configure a custom alias domain via CNAME in your DNS. See How to Setup a Custom Domain (CNAME/Domain Alias).
Q: Why do my URLs show “wesupply.xyz” instead of my store domain?
A: By default, WeSupply hosts your pages. To make them fully branded, set up a custom alias domain.
Q: Do these URLs update automatically if I change settings?
A: No. The structure remains the same unless you configure a custom domain.
