If you want to generate return labels, it is required to have either a Shippo or EasyPost account connected to your WeSupply account.
Note:
- Shippo does not allow generating International Return Labels. They only generate return labels for their selected US-based carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS: https://goshippo.com/carriers/.
- EasyPost offers the possibility of generating International Return Labels for their selected carriers, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, CanadaPost, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc: https://www.easypost.com/carriers.
- Regarding QR Code return label generation, it is available through EasyPost for USPS and FedEx: https://support.wesupplylabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407316774420-Enable-QR-Code-return-labels-in-WeSupply.
When you decide to create return labels on demand for the customers, we supply uses your Shippo or EasyPost account to create the actual return label.
Simply login into your EasyPost or Shippo account and configure your couriers.
If you decide to use USPS you will benefit from major discounts, we often see return labels costing as low as $3 for 1lb packages.
