WeSupply allows you to manage multiple return carriers within your account, giving you flexibility over which service handles your return shipments. If you'd like to change your default return carrier, the process is quick and simple directly from your account settings.
Why Set a Default Return Carrier?
Designating a default return carrier ensures that your return labels are automatically generated with the service provider of your choice. This can help:
- Simplify the returns process for your team
- Ensure consistency across all return shipments
- Align with your preferred carrier contracts or negotiated rates
How to Change Your Default Return Carrier
Follow the steps below to update your default return carrier in WeSupply:
- Log in to your WeSupply Admin Dashboard
- Navigate to Settings
Go to the left-hand menu and click on Settings. - Select Carriers > Return Carriers
From the submenu, choose Carriers, then click Return Carriers. - Edit Your Preferred Carrier
You’ll see a list of all available return carriers.- Click Edit next to the carrier you’d like to set as default.
- Set as Default Return Carrier
In the carrier settings, check the box to mark it as the Default Return Carrier. - Save Changes
Be sure to click Save to apply your selection.
You’re All Set!
Your newly selected carrier will now be used by default for return shipments. You can update this setting at any time if your preferences change.
