However, if your store uses a regional or niche carrier that isn’t yet supported, requesting its addition helps us expand our services to better meet your needs. Once integrated, you’ll be able to track shipments, automate notifications, and maintain a unified post-purchase experience using your preferred carrier.
How to Submit a Carrier Request
- Open the Enhancement Request Form

- Enter your company and contact information
- Provide the full name of the carrier you'd like us to add
- Include any relevant URLs (e.g. carrier website, tracking API documentation, etc.)
- Add any notes about why this carrier is important to your operation
- Submit the Request
Once submitted, our product and development teams will evaluate the request and reach out if more information is needed.
What Happens Next?
Our team reviews each request based on technical feasibility and customer demand. While we can’t guarantee immediate integration, your request helps prioritize new carriers in our development roadmap.
