You can now display WeSupply tracking pages directly inside your Shopify customer account area. This creates a seamless experience by allowing customers to view their order status without leaving your store.
Overview
The Embedded Tracking Pages feature allows Shopify customers to access WeSupply order tracking from within their Shopify order view page. When enabled, customers will see the WeSupply tracking experience embedded directly inside their loggedâin Shopify account.
Because this feature uses authenticated links, the tracking page will only open for customers who are logged in to their Shopify account.
Steps to Set Up the Embedded Page
Follow these steps to configure the embedded âTrack Your Orderâ page in Shopify:
Step 1: Copy the Proxy URL from WeSupply
- Log in to your WeSupply account.
- Navigate to Settings â Integrations â App Integrations â Shopify.
- Locate the Track Your Order page (Proxy URL) and copy it.
- Enable the Open WeSupply pages within Shopify toggle.
Step 2: Add the Link to Shopify Main Menu
- Go to your Shopify Admin.
- Navigate to Content â Menus â Main Menu.
- Click Add Menu Item.
- Enter a name (e.g., âTrack Your Orderâ).
- Paste the Proxy URL you copied from WeSupply and click the check mark next to it.
- Click Save.
Step 3: Verify the Link
- Go to your storefront and refresh the page.
- The new menu item should appear in the header.
- Click the link to confirm that the embedded âFind Your Orderâ page loads correctly.
