Using Your WeSupply Tracking Page Link

Prerequisites

• You have a functional WeSupply account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Tracking Page Design Settings

   • If the Let’s get Setup wizard is visible, click Customize Tracking Page Design.

• If it has been completed, open the Customize Settings dropdown and select Tracking Page Design.

1. Find Your Tracking Page Link

   • In the Tracking Page section, you’ll see a link to your tracking page URL. Example: https://yourclientname.labs.wesupply.xyz/track/
     

     This link opens the tracking page where customers can enter their tracking number to view updates.

2. Send a Direct Tracking Link to Customers

   • To take customers directly to their personalized tracking page (with tracking details pre-filled), add their tracking number to the end of your tracking page URL. Example: https://yourclientname.labs.wesupply.xyz/track/123456780

3. Confirm the Shipment Is Imported

   • Direct tracking links will only work if the shipment has been imported into your WeSupply account.

4. Using an Alias Domain (Optional)

   • If you’ve set up an Alias Domain for your WeSupply pages, you can use your tracking page link in that format instead.
