Prerequisites
You have a functional WeSupply account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Tracking Page Design Settings
If the Let’s get Setup wizard is visible, click Customize Tracking Page Design.
If it has been completed, open the Customize Settings dropdown and select Tracking Page Design.
Find Your Tracking Page Link
In the Tracking Page section, you’ll see a link to your tracking page URL. Example:
https://yourclientname.labs.wesupply.xyz/track/This link opens the tracking page where customers can enter their tracking number to view updates.
Send a Direct Tracking Link to Customers
To take customers directly to their personalized tracking page (with tracking details pre-filled), add their tracking number to the end of your tracking page URL. Example:
https://yourclientname.labs.wesupply.xyz/track/123456780
Confirm the Shipment Is Imported
Direct tracking links will only work if the shipment has been imported into your WeSupply account.
Using an Alias Domain (Optional)
If you’ve set up an Alias Domain for your WeSupply pages, you can use your tracking page link in that format instead.
