- Confirm the Aptos Order ID value exists on the RMA (not empty or truncated).
Aptos doesn’t recognize the scanned value.
- Verify your scanner is set to send Enter/Return after scan (if Aptos requires it).
- Check for prefix/suffix settings on the scanner that might add characters.
- Make sure you’re surfacing the correct Aptos Order ID field in the template.
The Aptos ID isn’t showing on the slip.
- Ensure Show Aptos Order ID is toggled On and that the RMA includes the field.
- Re-generate the slip after the RMA sync completes.
6) Summary
Go to Settings → Branding → Documents → Return Packing Slip, enable Aptos Order ID and Barcode then Save. Finally, print a slip from a real RMA and scan to confirm Aptos recognizes the ID. This speeds up returns intake and reduces manual lookup errors.
