1) Overview
Add a Buy It Again button to your Order Lookup page so customers can quickly repurchase items they’ve bought before. The button appears next to each eligible item in the order details.
2) Before You Begin
- You have Admin access to WeSupply.
- Your store connection (e.g., Shopify/Magento) is active.
- Each product you want to re-sell is available and in stock in your ecommerce platform.
3) Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Access the Branding Settings
- Log in to your WeSupply admin panel.
- Navigate to Settings → Branding → Pages.
Step 2 — Edit the Order & Returns Page Template
- Look for the Order & Returns Page in the list of pages.
- Select Edit Template next to it.
Step 3 — Adjust Content Settings
- Click on the Content tab to access the customization options for the page.
Step 4 — Enable the Buy it Again Button
- Locate the setting for “Display Buy it Again button?”.
- From the dropdown menu, select Yes to activate this option.
Step 5 — Save Your Changes
- Once the changes are made, click Save to apply them to your Order & Returns page.

- Use Add to Cart for simple products; use Open Product Page for items with required selections (size, color, bundle options).
- Keep the label short (“Buy it again”) to avoid wrapping on mobile.
- Show only when in stock to reduce frustration.
- Track clicks via your analytics to measure reorder lift.
6) Troubleshooting / FAQ
The button doesn’t appear.
- Confirm the toggle is On and you saved the page settings.
- Make sure the order actually contains eligible products and the store integration is connected.
Clicking the button shows an error or no variant selected.
- Switch behavior to Open Product Page for items with variants/options that can’t be auto-resolved.
- Verify the product/variant is active in your ecommerce platform.
It adds to cart but price/availability looks wrong.
- Recheck the product’s inventory and pricing in your ecommerce platform and clear storefront cache if applicable.
Can we hide the button for some items?
- Use eligibility controls (e.g., only show for in-stock) or exclude specific SKUs via your catalog rules.
7) Summary
Go to Settings → Branding → Order Lookup, enable Buy It Again, choose the button behavior (Add to Cart or Open Product Page), optionally refine eligibility and label, then Save and preview. Customers will see a Buy It Again button next to eligible items, making repeat purchases fast and effortless.
