Important: Certain platforms do not support all WeSupply features; always verify feature coverage in your platform-specific docs before rollout.

• Confirm feature parity: Review feature-by-feature notes for your platform (e.g., returns, exchanges, tracking, notifications).
• Pick the simplest path: If your platform is in the list above, prefer the native connector; otherwise, check “All Other Platforms” options.

I don’t see my platform listed.

• Check the Store & App Integration category for All Other Platforms. You’ll typically connect via API/Zapier or an app connector documented there.

Do all features work on every platform?

• No. The Supported Platforms page explicitly notes that “certain platforms do not support all WeSupply features.” Review your platform’s docs before enabling features.
