WeSupply sends a Customer Satisfaction email automatically after the package is marked as delivered.

The email includes:
- A star rating
- An optional comment box where customers can leave written feedback
However, comments are not required, so not every rating comes with context.

It’s common for CSAT scores to vary from product reviews shown on your website. CSAT captures post-delivery experience, which might include:

This feedback helps surface operational or fulfillment issues that typical product reviews might not reflect.
