📦 What Happens When You Enable “Generate QR Code” for Returns?

Don’t want your customers to worry about printing return labels? Enabling the “Generate QR Code” option in your return shipping settings gives them a printer-free alternative.

✅ How It Works

When “Generate QR Code” is enabled:

• Customers receive both:
  • A printable return label, and
  • A QR code they can show at the carrier drop-off location (e.g., UPS)

The carrier will scan the code and print the label for the customer — super convenient for those without a printer.

💰 Is There an Extra Cost?

Nope!
The cost for using the QR code return label is the same as the standard printable label.

🔧 How to Enable It

1. Go to:
   Settings → Returns → Return Shipping
2. Enable the toggle for Generate QR Code
3. Save your changes
