Yes, you can waive the restocking fee for returns on a case-by-case basis in WeSupply — no need to update your global return logic.
🔧 How to Waive the Fee for a Specific Return
- Go to the Returns Dashboard
- Open the return you'd like to process
- Click “Confirm Package Reception”
- Under Refund Summary, manually set the restocking fee to $0
- Adjust the refund amount to match the expected total (if needed)
- Click “Issue Refund”
⚠️ If the numbers don’t add up, WeSupply will prompt you to correct the refund total before proceeding.
👥 Who Can Do This?
Users with access to the Returns Dashboard and refund permissions (like Carl, Wes, and Tommy in this example) can perform this action. No extra permissions are required if they already have refund rights.
✅ Tip: Make sure your return logic is set to manual refund, so you have full control over the fees during the return process.
