You may come across an order in WeSupply that shows as āReturnedā with items marked as āUnfulfilled,ā even though the order appears fulfilled and refunded in Shopify. This behavior is expected in specific scenarios where Shopify refunds are involved.

If an order is refunded directly in Shopify, WeSupply will automatically:
- Mark the order as "Returned"
- Show items as unfulfilled (since fulfillment status canāt be confirmed after refund)
This is a safeguard to:
- Prevent duplicate returns,
- Avoid unnecessary label generation,
- And stop failed refund attempts on already-refunded items.
ā What You Can Do
If this behavior is unexpected or incorrect:
- Confirm the refund was completed in Shopify.
- Double-check if the return was also initiated manually in WeSupply.
- Avoid issuing a separate return through WeSupply if Shopify already processed the refund.

- Orders manually refunded in Shopify will be locked in WeSupply to avoid conflicts.
