Overview
If you're unable to view order details or track orders in your staging environment, there are a few common causes worth checking. This article outlines what to look for and how to resolve it.
✅ Common Causes & Fixes
1. Unsupported Theme or Design
Outdated or unsupported themes in staging may break the order lookup or tracking page.
✅ Solution: Switch to a supported design under Settings → Branding.
2. Missing or Incorrect Order Data
To show order tracking properly, WeSupply requires:
- A valid tracking number
- A matching ItemPOShipper (must match carrier name in WeSupply)
If your test orders aren’t shipped yet, tracking pages won’t appear — only the order view page will be accessible until shipment info is added.
3. Incorrect Endpoint Configuration
Ensure your staging domain is correctly set up with https:// in your WeSupply integration settings.
✅ Double-check: Settings → Integrations → Platform Settings

If you've verified all of the above and you're still running into issues:
- Confirm whether you're trying to access the Order View (pre-shipment) or Tracking Page (post-shipment).
