If you're having trouble logging into your WeSupply account, you're not alone: login issues are relatively common and often related to how magic links work. Here's a quick guide to help you get back into your account quickly and securely.
Why Login Issues Happen
WeSupply uses a magic link system to streamline the login process. Instead of a password, users receive a one-time login link via email. However, a few things can interfere with this process:
- Magic links can only be clicked once.
- Some email security systems "pre-click" the link, making it invalid before you see it.
- Browser caching can prevent the login page from loading properly.
How to Get a New Login Link
- Open this URL in your browser: https://signup.labs.wesupply.xyz/login?domain=youraccountsubdomain
- Make sure to replace youraccountsubdomain with your actual WeSupply subdomain.
- Enter the email address associated with your WeSupply account.
- Check your inbox for a new login link.

Still Not Working? Try These Tips
If you're still having trouble:
- Try using an incognito/private browser window. This avoids cached issues that may prevent the login page from loading correctly.
- Make sure your email is correct and matches the one used to access your WeSupply account.
- If the magic link continues to fail, you can set a password and log in using traditional credentials.
If you're experiencing issues with automatic sign-in methods or prefer to use a traditional username and password to access your account, follow these steps to manually sign in.
Step 1: Navigate to the Sign-In Page
Go to the sign-in page: https://signup.labs.wesupply.xyz/login
Step 2: Choose Manual Sign-In
If the sign-in page offers multiple methods of authentication (such as sign-in links, social media logins, or biometric options), look for an option that says "Sign in manually,".
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
In the designated fields, enter your username (or email address, if that's what the platform uses) and your password. Make sure to enter your credentials accurately, paying attention to case sensitivity and any special characters.
Step 4: Click the Sign-In Button
