Switching from your Magento staging environment to your live production Magento environment within WeSupply is a simple process. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you do it properly:
Step 1: Finish testing the We Supply connection on your staging environment.
Before switching to your production live environment, make sure that you have finished testing the WeSupply connection on your staging environment. This will ensure that everything is working properly before you go live.
Step 2: Go to your Magento admin panel and access WeSupply configuration.
Once you're ready to switch to your production environment, go to your Magento admin panel and access WeSupply > Configuration.
Step 3: Find your API key and API endpoint associated with your production Magento account.
In Magento, under WeSupply Integration, you can find your API key and API endpoint associated with your production Magento account. Copy both the API key and API endpoint.
Step 4: Paste the API key and API endpoint into your WeSupply admin panel.
Next, go to your WeSupply admin panel and navigate to Settings > App Integrations > Magento. Paste the new API key and API endpoint associated with your production Magento account. Make sure to click Save.
Step 5: Verify the connection.
After you've saved the new API key and API endpoint, you should be able to see new orders or shipments from your production environment in WeSupply. Verify that the connection is working properly.
Please note that any orders associated with your staging environment will still be present in your WeSupply account. If you want to delete those errors, contact the support team to help you wipe them out.
