When a customer reports not receiving an email notification (such as an order confirmation), it’s important to quickly verify whether the notification was sent successfully and, if necessary, resend it. WeSupply provides an easy way to review email logs, see timestamps, and resend notifications directly from the admin.
Why this is useful
Email delivery issues can happen for a variety of reasons, such as a customer’s spam filter or incorrect email configuration. By reviewing the notification logs, you can confirm whether the email was sent, when it was sent, and resend it if needed. This helps resolve customer concerns quickly and ensures they receive important communication about their orders.
How to view and resend email notifications
- In your WeSupply admin, select the order you want to review.
- In the top right corner, click on Notification Logs.
- You will see a list of all notifications sent for that order, including the timestamp of when they were sent.
- Hover your mouse over the notification name and click View.
- In the preview window, click the Resend button to send the notification again.
By following these steps, you can confirm when an email was originally sent and easily resend it if necessary — ensuring your customers stay informed.
