How to Trigger the "Pending Shipment" Status for Shipments

This feature ensures your customers receive timely notifications when their package is shipped, enhancing transparency and improving customer satisfaction. It reduces confusion and inquiries regarding shipment status.

How to Enable
Follow the steps below to ensure that the updated behavior is applied:

1. Navigate to Settings → Branding → Notifications → Shipments Notifications in your WeSupply dashboard.
2. Scroll down and find the option labeled "Force Send Package Shipped Notification."
3. Enable the option by toggling it on.
   

When this option is enabled, customers will receive a shipment notification as soon as the tracking number is detected, even if the initial tracking details are incomplete.
