Setting Up Your Return Label Configuration

To ensure that your return labels meet the needs of your warehouse team or other operational requirements, you can easily customize what information appears on these labels. Here’s how to set it up in WeSupply:

1. Access Global Label Settings:
   • Log into your WeSupply dashboard.
   • Navigate to Settings > Return Methods > Advanced Settings > Global Label Settings.
     
2. Customize Label Order ID Field:
   • Within the Global Label Settings, you will find the Label Order ID Field. Here, you can select the type of order information that should be displayed on the return label. You have the option to choose between displaying the Order Number or the Order ID.
     
3. Select the Desired Information:
   • Choose whether to display the Order Number or the Order ID based on what information is most useful for your operations. This selection ensures that the necessary details are prominently visible on the label, aiding in efficient processing and verification of returns.
4. Save Your Changes:
   • After making your selection, ensure to save your changes to update the label settings.
