If you would like for your Order Detail and Tracking Pages to be opened on your Magento 2 website, please follow the steps listed below.
Note: Prior to being able to save the settings below, you will need to set up your CNAME and Alias Domain for your WeSupply account. Please find our documentation on this topic here: How to Set Up A Custom Domain (CNAME/Domain Alias)?
Step 1
Log into your Magento Admin Panel-> WeSupply -> Configuration:
Step 2
Scroll down to Advanced Configuration -> Order and Returns View Settings -> from the Enable WeSupply Order Details dropdown menu -> select Yes.
The WeSupply Order Detail Page will be enabled.
Step 3
Now, from the Select Order View Behavior dropdown menu -> select Open in Modal.
The Order Detail Page will be opened on your website once customers click to check their order details.
Step 4
From the Select Tracking Info Link Behavior dropdown menu -> select Open in Magento.
This will allow for the Tracking Page to be opened on your website once customers head to the tracking info link.
Step 5
Make sure to click the Save Config button for the settings above to be applied.
