Setup

1. Navigate to Settings > Return Logics and Policies;
2. Select the return logic you’d like to edit;
3. Look for Conditions;
4. In the drop-down menu, look for Product Order Attribute and set the settings as:
   • In Attribute Name, type ProductTags;
   • In Option, look for Equals;
   • In Value, type the sales tag as the one set in Shopify.
     
5. Save the changes you’ve made.
