How to request customer comments from customers when requesting a return?

Sometimes you might just want your customers to add comments to returns to better describe their issue or request.

To enable comments on return requests simply follow the next steps:

1) Go to Setting -> Return Methods -> Return Logics and Policies -> Create/Edit a logic

2) Under the Requirements section, Require Comment -> Select YES and click Save
