If you have products that are not returnable, also called final sale items, all you need to do is to set up a return logic that does exactly that!
Go to: Settings -> Return Methods -> Return Logics and Policies -> Add Logic
Logic using a product attribute
Under Conditions, you can set a logic similar to this one in case you have a product attribute such as "final sale"
Magento final sale configuration:
For final sale, under Return Conditions select Product Order Attributes > include your Magento attributes such as ''final sale''.
Make sure you have the final sale product attribute exported to WeSupply by going to your Magento admin > WeSupply > Configuration > Advanced Settings > Product Attributes To Be Exported For Return Logics. Select the final sale product attribute and click Save Config. From now on, the final sale attribute will sync to WeSupply.
Logic using a product SKU
Simply select "product SKU" and list out all SKU's comma separated in this logic
Logic using discount value
Using discount value you have two options:
% based -> 30%
$ based -> $50
