You can use Zapier to change the status of a return in WeSupply.

The Return Received API changes the current status (in our case Approved status) into Received status.
You can use a CSV file to move the return request from the Approved step into the Received step. To do this, you just need to use the return received template using Google Spreadsheet.

Bellow you can find how to change the status of a return to Received status:
1. Log in to your Zapier account and open the Zaps section from the menu on the left side of the dashboard.
2. Create a new Zap by selecting New Zap.
3. In the Choose App and Event section, connect your Google account so Zapier can access your Google Sheets data.
4. Select the Google Sheets spreadsheet and worksheet you want to use with the Zap. After selecting them, click Continue, then run Test Trigger to verify the connection.
5. Choose the spreadsheet row you want to import into the Zap. Confirm that the imported data matches the information in your Google Sheet, then click Continue.
6. For the action app, select WeSupply Beta, then choose Return Received as the event.
7. Select your connected WeSupply account. In the Set up action section, map each required field using the corresponding data from your spreadsheet. Use the dropdown menus in each field to select the correct spreadsheet values. When all fields are completed, click Continue.
8. In the Test action section, click Test & Continue to activate the Zap and submit the Return Received action. A success confirmation message should appear once the test completes successfully.
9. To confirm the return status was updated to Received, log in to your WeSupply account, open the Return Requests page, and locate the relevant return request.
