Step 4 — Enable & Configure
- For additional details about what the Norton Shopping Guarantee includes, visit the official documentation in their website.
4) Best Practices
- Keep it clear: Use concise, plain-language copy so customers understand what Package Protection covers.
- Price testing: If configurable, A/B test pricing or default selection to balance adoption with customer satisfaction.
- Train support: Ensure your CX team knows how to identify protected orders and the standard resolution process.
- Stage first: Validate the full flow (cart → checkout → order → WeSupply) in staging before enabling in production.
5) Troubleshooting / FAQ

- Confirm the Enable toggle is On and configuration is saved.
- Flush caches and re-check on a fresh browser session.
- Verify theme/checkout customizations aren’t hiding the block/section.
We need to change the label or description.
- In the WeSupply configuration section, update the label/help text fields and Save. Refresh caches and verify on checkout.
How can we see which orders bought Package Protection?
- Check the order’s attributes/metadata or the WeSupply order view for a package-protection indicator. Ensure your reporting captures this field.
6) Summary
