How It Works
WeSupply now connects directly to specialized data feeds to capture scan events for tracking these parcels.
- Frequent Updates: Our system checks for new tracking data every 15 minutes to ensure your customers see the most current status.
- Smart Automation: For UPS MI flats, we’ve implemented an Auto-Delivery feature. If a package is "Out for Delivery" and the carrier misses the final scan, our system safely confirms delivery after 3 hours based on local ZIP code verification.
- Unified Dashboard: These scans are automatically injected into your WeSupply tracking pages, triggering your existing automated notifications.
