The Order Lookup Page allows customers to check their order details using different search methods. They can:
- Enter the email address used when placing the order.
- Use the Order Number + Zip Code or Email Address.
This flexibility ensures customers can choose their preferred method of retrieving order details. As a merchant, you also have full control over which method is displayed as the default option on the Order Lookup Page.

- Clearly explain on your storefront what information customers need for each method to reduce confusion.
5. Troubleshooting / FAQ
Q: Why isn’t my customer receiving the sign-in link when using the “By Email” method?
A: Ask them to check their spam/junk folder. Also ensure they’re using the same email address they used when placing the order.
Q: My customer says their order can’t be found using Order Number + Zip Code. What should I check?
A: Verify the Order Number is correct and that the Zip Code matches the shipping address entered during checkout.
