WeSupply now offers a direct integration with Norton Shopping Guarantee (NSG) for BigCommerce stores, enhancing customer confidence and improving checkout conversion rates. With this integration, you can easily add NSG insurance as a product in your store and display the associated widget across the shopping journey, offering protection and peace of mind to your customers.

How to Enable the WeSupply + NSG Integration

To activate this integration for your BigCommerce store, follow these simple steps:

1. Install the WeSupply App for BigCommerce
   Start by installing the WeSupply BigCommerce app if you haven't done so already.
2. Enable the NSG Integration from WeSupply Settings
   • Log in to your WeSupply Admin Panel
   • Go to Settings → Integrations → App Integrations
   • Select Norton Shopping Guarantee
     
      
3. Configure the Integration
   • Enter your Store Number provided by the Norton Shopping Guarantee team
   • Toggle the switch to enable the integration
     
      

🔒 Important: The Store Number is a unique identifier and is required for the widget to function properly.

How It’s Displayed to Your Customers

Once enabled, here’s what your customers will experience:

• The NSG badge will appear on product pages and the checkout page
  
  
   
• The NSG widget will be visible on the cart page and checkout page
  
  
  
   
• Customers can toggle the widget to add or remove package protection as they shop
  
• The NSG insurance will be added as a line item in the cart for full transparency

This ensures your customers can opt-in or out of insurance at any point during the shopping experience, offering clarity, control, and peace of mind.

⚠️ Important Note:
When this integration is enabled, WeSupply will automatically:

• Create the NSG insurance product in your BigCommerce product catalog
• Insert NSG scripts into your Storefront → Scripts Manager

DO NOT DELETE THESE — they are essential for the NSG integration to function properly.
