Each fulfillment in Shopify can be updated by WeSupply to indicate whether it has been delivered or is out for delivery.
Other apps like Judge.me and others who rely on that data can use your shipping and delivery information. Unless you have special fulfillment operations or data where you don't want this data inserted, we strongly recommend using the WeSupply fulfillment event to further build email workflows such as purchase reviews, product reviews, CSAT, NPS, etc.
Even if the carrier is not one that Shopify typically supports, WeSupply will mark shipments as Delivered in Shopify. In order to decide who is qualified for reviews, Judge.me reads this fulfillment event. More instructions to configure the sequence can be found on Judge.me website here.
You can then use this delivery data to drive your review timing in Judge.Me once it has been activated.
To make this work with all upcoming deliveries, turn on "Listen to fulfillment events" in JudgeMe's settings.
This can be turned on in the Judge.me Settings -> Integrations -> Admin Backend section.
The third-party app mentioned in this sentence is WeSupply.
