Overview

 

With WeSupply and Justuno you can improve the traffic on your website and to increase the number of sales with up-sale and cross-sale.

Justuno is a platform that will help you to implement pop-ups, banners, and email signup forms. It has a friendly interface and it's easy to be used, it came with a lot of templates and it will help you to convert possible sales.
A tracking page will be open 3.7 times on average. Each time a customer opens a tracking order page to check the status of the order, it may be greeted by pop-ups that can be customized specifically depending on what they bought. You can also make everything more interactive with their pop-ups with Gamification, with four games. Spin to win, Slot Machine, Scratch-Offs, and Mystery Prize.

 

 

 

How to set up WeSupply - Justuno connection?

Here are the steps that you will need to follow to connect your Justuno account to your WeSupply account:

 

 

Step 1

The first step would be to connect to your Justuno account. From here, go to My Account and to Embed Code

 

 

Step 2

On the Embed Code page, you will find your Justuno Account number. You will need to copy the code.

 

 

Step 3

For the next step, we will need to go to our WeSupply account -> Settings -> Integrations -> App Integrations -> Scroll down the Other Apps section until you find Justuno and click on it.

 

 

Step 4

Fill in the Client Id with your Justuno Account number. Press on Save and it's done!

 

 

How to set up Shopify - Justuno connection?

Step 1

Go to your Shopify store, select Apps -> Customize your store.

 

 

 

Step 2

From here, type and search for the Justuno app.

 

 

 

Step 3

After you will search for the app, select the Popups for Email, SMS & Upsell created by Justuno.

 

 

Step 4

After you will select the app from the store, you will need to add the app as you can see.

 

 

Step 5

From here, you will just need to install the app. Congratulations, now you just installed the Justuno app!

 

 

 

How to use the integration with WeSupply and Justuno together.

 

These are the steps you will need to follow to add a Pop-up on your website:

 

 

Step 1

You will need to select/edit a template from the Template Library.

 

 

Step 2

After you will add/customize the desired template, you will need to go to Promotions. Here you can see your templates.

 

 

Step 3

From here, by accessing Targeting Rules you will be able to modify the rules to choose who and how will see the pop-ups.

 

 

Step 4

From here, you can start to create some Ruleset or modify the default rules how you want.

 

 

Step 5

After you will press the Edit button to modify the rules, you can set up some specific things, like the URL where the pop-ups should appear, to who, when, and how. After the changes will be made, just press save.

 

 

Step 6

After everything is done, you will just need to activate the pop-up as you can see:

 

 

 

Right now everything is done and the pop-up will appear on your website:

 

 

 

Use case

Let's take an example of how you can integrate "Product Recommendations"

 

 

Step 1 

After you will authenticate in your Justuno account and select the template that you want to use, click on Targeting Rules.

 

 

Step 2

You will need to edit the Ruleset related to the Specific Page, and who can see the Pop-up.

 

 

Step 3

From here, you can choose where the Pop-up should be displayed and you can select an element that can be replaced/used for the Pop-up. We would recommend you to use the "Replace"

 

 

 

Step 4

To import a Pop-up on one of our WeSupply pages, we will need to go into your WeSupply account, under Settings -> Branding -> Pages -> Choose the page where you want to display the Pop-up and edit the template:

 

 

Step 5

For this example, we will want to add the Pop-up in the Bottom Section of our Tracking page.

 

 

 

Step 6

We will add an element coded as <div id=“justuno” style=“width: 100%;“></div> for example.. Between " " add the element used at the Step 3

 

 

 

Step 7

After we will add the element in Custom HTML, we will need to save the design.

 

 

 

Step 8

After we will save the changes, go back to Settings -> Branding -> Pages and check the updated page by pressing on View Page.

 

 

 

Step 9

As you can see, on our tracking page a new element appears on our website that will recommend other items to the customer.
