If a Shopify order is missing from your WeSupply dashboard, you can trigger an update for that specific order from your Shopify admin.
This can be done by adding an internal note to your order and while it's not visible to your customers, it will trigger an update to WeSupply and sync the order that got stuck.
From your Shopify admin > click Orders:
Click the order that doesn’t show up in WeSupply:
In the Notes section > click Edit:
Enter a text note (e.g. ''update'') > and click Save:
Search the order in your WeSupply account > Orders Search tab to see if it was synced:
