Overview
Do you want to stay in touch with your customers?
An email newsletter or other marketing updates are a great way to keep in touch with your customers. It’s also an effective tool for staying top of mind and building brand loyalty.
The goal is simply to provide helpful updates about what’s going on at your brand as well as information related to the products you sell online.
Whether you're using HubSpot Email Marketing, Mailchimp, or any other email automation services, you can easily integrate associated subscription forms on the Branded Tracking Page.
It's one of the easiest ways of attracting more newsletter subscribers, upsell your brand and engage with customers right on the Order Tracking Page when they check their shipment status.
Check the steps below if you would like to insert forms on your Tracking Page.
Insert the form on a page
Before embedding the form inside the WeSupply Tracking Page, you need to create a web page on your website. On the newly created web page, you have to paste the form's HTML code and tracking scripts.
In the example below, a separate web page was created for including a simple newsletter subscription form. Our example requests customers to only input their email addresses for receiving newsletters. However, you can use as many fields as your form have. As you are the host of the page and you have full control over it.
Embed the form using iframe in WeSupply
After the form is added to the external page you created, the same page will now be embedded in your WeSupply Order Tracking Page using an iframe.
Step 1
Log into your WeSupply account and go to Settings-> Branding->Pages-> Tracking Page ->Edit Template
Step 2
Go to the Content tab and select the section where you would like to embed the form.
Here, we selected the Top Right Section.
Step 3
In the Top Right Section, add the iframe code block along with your own link to the page where the form is found.
Once inserted, it will be saved right away. That's it!
<iframe src="https://form.example.com/newsletter-subscribe" title="description" frameborder="0"></iframe>
Note: For customizing the iframe block, you can add CSS style in the Custom Global CSS box of the Tracking Page.
