Click on the ''View SMS'' text:

How to identify if an email notification was delivered?
Step 1
Log into your WeSupply account -> click Orders Search -> click on the desired order.
Step 2
A pop-up with Notification Logs will be opened.
Here you can check what email notifications were sent over to the customer.
You can click on ''View Email'' or ''View SMS'' to check the look of the email that was sent out.
Next, under Date, you can see the exact date when the email was triggered.
On the next column, under Method, you can see displayed the method used to notify the customer (Email or SMS):
Under the Status column, you can check if the email was successfully sent.
Under the Opened column, you can check if the email was opened and when it was opened.
Under the Clicked column, you can check if the email or SMS notification was clicked, and how many links were clicked.
