On the Order Lookup Page, customers have multiple options to check up their order details. While they can search for the order by entering the email address used when placing the order, they can also check the order details by the order number and Zip code or email address.
Customers are different and you can allow them to use their favorite lookup order option, while also having control over the Default Order Search Method displayed on the Order Lookup Page.
It can be set up in just a few steps!
First, log into your WeSupply Admin Panel.

Step 2
Switch to the Content tab.
Step 4
From the Default Order Search Method dropdown, you can select the default lookup order to be displayed for your customers.
A. By Email.
If the default lookup order option is set By Email, on the lookup order page, customers will have as a first option to enter their email address when viewing the order.
When the email address is entered, customers will receive a sign-in link in their inbox. Once the sign-in link is clicked, they will head to the Order Detail Page.
Note: Customers must use the email address used when the order was placed.
You can check below how this option will be displayed on the frontend.
B. By Order Number and Zip Code or Email
If the default lookup order option is set By Order Number and Zip Code or Email, on the lookup order page, customers will have as a first option to enter their order number, along with the Zip Code or Email address to view the order.
When the Order Number and either the Zip Code or the Email Address are entered, customers will head into the Order Detail Page right away.
Note: Customers must use the correct Order Number to view a specific order, along with the corresponding Zip Code used for the shipping address on the order, or the email address used when the order was placed.
