If you're handling your products ordered via online marketplaces while having multiple store views into your Magento 2 store, you might want to exclude specific storeviews when importing orders into WeSupply.
It's commonly seen that marketplaces like Amazon require that communications to customers must be sent through Buyer-Seller Messaging for fulfilling the order or providing customer services. In some cases, any additional order-related communications are prohibited and you might want to avoid sending multiple emails to the customer for the same event.
As such, sending order-related information from external systems like WeSupply for orders coming from marketplaces relies on your own responsibility.
Please make sure you have checked the marketplace's policy.

If you would like to exclude marketplace orders from being imported into WeSupply, we take option step by step below:
Step 1
Log into your Magento Admin Panel.
Step 2
Go to WeSupply -> Configuration -> WeSupply Integration:
Step 3
Go to IDs of existing stores and here you can see the corresponding ID for each StoreView:
Select the IDs of the store views that you would like to synchronize orders from into the WeSupply system.
Step 4
Now log into your WeSupply account and go to Settings -> Integrations -> App Integrations -> Magento:
Step 5
In the Store Id field, input the IDs of the Magento store views from which you would like to import orders into WeSupply.
If there are multiple store views you would like to sync orders from, define each value comma-separated, e.g. 1,4,7.
Save your changes.
This will allow you to only import orders from specific store views.
