To receive a copy of the email notifications that WeSupply sends to your customers based on the shipping updates, you just need to add into your WeSupply account the email address(es) to which you would like to receive the copies.
This can be done within a few steps!
Note: Prior to setting your BCC email address, you must have set up your custom SMTP.
Log into your WeSupply account and go to Settings -> Branding -> Notifications:
Scroll down to Advanced Configuration -> Send Email Copy to multiple Address -> add email address(es):
You can input one or multiple email addresses.
If multiple addresses are used, please separate them by a comma.
Once the shipping notifications are triggered, you will receive a copy of those.
