How To Map In-Store Pickup Orders And Send Them To WeSupply?

If you're using an In-Store Pickup custom module for your Magento 2 store, other than the default one, you have to make sure that in-store pickup orders are sent correctly to WeSupply, so those can be imported into our system and be detected properly.

1. First, please take note that in your Magento, the "shipping_method" is saved in the ''sales_order" table.

2. Second, you have to make sure that the "shipping_method" is saved as "instore_pickup". This will allow us to differentiate orders at import, and detect orders that are placed with the In-Store Pickup delivery method. Please check the image below for reference:

Once the order is sent over, the WeSupply Toolbox will overtake the order information and detect pickup orders properly at import.
