4. Other Related Settings
- Order Cut-Off Time and Delivery Cut-Off Time
- Order Cut-Off Time: The daily time by which an order must be placed to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, affecting the estimated delivery date.
- Delivery Cut-Off Time: Exclude order creation date from calculations if order is placed after specified time.
2. Holiday Configuration
Used to exclude non-working days from delivery calculations:
- Recurring Day: Holidays that happen on the same date or weekday every year (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving).
- Single Day: One-off holidays or special dates specific to a particular year.
- Period: A range of dates representing an extended holiday or shutdown (e.g., company-wide vacation from Dec 24 to Jan 2).
3. Days Off
Specific days of the week when no order processing or deliveries occur (e.g., Sundays). These days are automatically excluded when calculating estimated delivery dates.
4. Allowed Countries and Restricted States
- Allowed Countries: List of countries where orders can be shipped and EDDs will be calculated. Orders to countries outside this list are excluded from delivery promise calculations.
- Restricted States: Specific states or regions within allowed countries where shipping is limited or not offered. These restrictions adjust EDD calculations accordingly.
