Klaviyo API Authentication is Changing: What You Need to Know

Starting at the end of June 2025, Klaviyo is updating its API authentication method, moving away from traditional API keys to a more secure token-based system. This change is part of Klaviyo's ongoing efforts to enhance platform security and align with industry best practices.

For WeSupply Users

If you’re using WeSupply’s native integration with Klaviyo, you must update the authentication method by June 30, 2025. Until then, your existing connection will remain active and fully functional.

How to Update Your Connection

Follow these steps to switch to the new authentication method:

1. Log in to your WeSupply admin panel.
2. Navigate to:
   Settings → Integrations → App Integrations → Klaviyo
   (You’ll find it listed under Installed Apps.)
3. Click the "Connect" button.
4. You’ll be redirected to the Klaviyo login page. Log in if you haven’t already.
5. Grant permission for WeSupply to access the required scopes.
6. That’s it—your authentication method will be updated, and the integration will continue to run as usual.
