You can check delivery status, open and click activity, and view the actual email content to confirm what the customer received.
How to View Notification Logs and Sent Emails
To check which notifications were sent to a customer for a specific order:
- Log in to your WeSupply Admin Panel.

Navigate to the Orders Page.
- Use the search bar or browse to locate the specific order you'd like to review.

Open the Order Details.
- Click on the order to open its full details.

Access the Notification Logs.
- In the top right corner of the order page, click on the More Actions button.
- Select Notification Logs from the dropdown.

Review Notification Details.
- You'll see a list of all notifications associated with that order.
- Each notification will display its status (e.g., Successful), whether it was opened, and whether any links were clicked.

Preview the Sent Email.
- Hover over the notification name and click View Email.
- A preview of the actual email sent to the customer will open.
- You can scroll through the content and even test the embedded links to verify where they lead.
- Hover over the notification name and click View Email.
