If you’re using Klaviyo for your email communications, you may be wondering where to view the templates being sent and how to track which notifications have gone out. While WeSupply provides built-in email capabilities, stores using Klaviyo rely on webhook events to trigger those external emails — and the process for monitoring activity is a bit different.
Why This Is Useful
Understanding where your emails are sent from — and how to track them — is essential for maintaining a seamless post-purchase experience. If your store uses Klaviyo in tandem with WeSupply, email templates won’t appear in WeSupply’s notification center. Instead, they must be reviewed and tracked within Klaviyo. Knowing where to find these logs and events helps you quickly identify what messages were sent and resolve any potential communication gaps.
How to Track Emails and Webhook Activity When Using Klaviyo
-
Templates Are Managed in Klaviyo
Since your store uses Klaviyo for email delivery, all email templates and sends should be reviewed directly in your Klaviyo account. WeSupply will not display email templates or sending activity in the admin panel when Klaviyo handles your notifications. -
Why Your Notification Center Shows Zero Emails Sent
In WeSupply, under Settings → Branding → Notifications, you may notice that it shows “0 emails sent.”
This is expected behavior because WeSupply is not sending the emails — Klaviyo is. The notification analytics only reflect emails dispatched directly by WeSupply. -
Viewing Webhooks Triggered by WeSupply
To confirm whether WeSupply triggered an event that Klaviyo should respond to:- Open the WeSupply Admin
- Navigate to a specific order
- In the top-right More Actions button, select “Notification Logs”
- Here, you’ll see a full list of webhooks triggered, including timestamp and status
This helps you ensure that the necessary events were successfully sent to Klaviyo, which then uses those events to deliver the corresponding emails.
