How to Edit the Wording in an Email Notification
To update the text content in any notification email:
- Log in to your WeSupply account
- Navigate to the Notification Settings
Go to:
Settings → Branding → Notification - Choose the Email Notification to Edit
- Locate the notification email you want to customize
- Click the pencil icon next to it to begin editing
- Enable HTML Editing
- In the editor window, click on the toggle to enable HTML code view
- This will allow you to see and modify the underlying content of the email
- Update the Text
- Locate the section of the email you'd like to change
- Edit the wording as needed directly in the HTML editor
- Save Your Changes
- Once you're done editing, click Save to apply the updates
- You can preview the email to confirm everything looks correct
