New Feature: Generate Shipping Labels Directly in WeSupply

We’re excited to introduce a highly requested feature to WeSupply — the ability to generate shipping labels, not just return labels, directly from within the platform! This update brings increased efficiency to your fulfillment process, streamlining outbound logistics and reducing reliance on external systems for creating shipping labels.

Why Generating Shipping Labels in WeSupply Is Useful

With this new functionality, you can now centralize both your shipping and returns management in one platform. By generating shipping labels within WeSupply, you eliminate the need to manually create labels in a separate carrier portal or warehouse system. This helps save time, reduce human error, and maintain full visibility into both outgoing and return shipments — all from a single dashboard.

It’s especially useful for merchants handling order fulfillment in-house or through multiple store locations. It also allows for faster processing and shipping turnaround, which helps improve customer satisfaction and ensures delivery expectations are met.

How to Enable and Use Shipping Label Generation in WeSupply

To start generating shipping labels in your WeSupply account, follow these steps:

1. Enable Delivery Promise Date: Ensure that Estimated Delivery Time (Delivery Promise Date) is enabled in your account; Follow this guide to enable it.
2. Set Up Your Carriers in EasyPost: Confirm that your preferred shipping carriers are connected and configured in your EasyPost account. WeSupply integrates directly with EasyPost to provide carrier rates and label generation.
3. Access the Orders Page in WeSupply: From your WeSupply dashboard, navigate to the Orders page and locate the order you wish to ship.
4. Click “Create Shipping Label”: Once inside the order details, click the “Create Shipping Label” button.
   
5. Choose Your Preferred Carrier: From the available options, select the carrier you’d like to use for that shipment.
   
6. Purchase the Label: Click the “Buy Shipping Label” button to finalize and generate the label. The label will be available for download and can be printed immediately.
