WeSupply supports the use of QR codes for return labels, making the returns process more convenient for customers who prefer not to print shipping labels. However, this option is only available under specific conditions related to your carrier settings.
Why This Is Useful
QR code return labels allow your customers to return items without needing access to a printer. Instead of printing a return label at home, they can show the QR code at a carrier location, where the label will be printed for them. This increases return completion rates and provides a more seamless post-purchase experience.
How to Enable QR Code Return Labels
If you’re not seeing the option to enable QR codes in your WeSupply account, here’s what you need to check and update:
- Go to Settings → Returns → Return Methods
This is where return label options, including QR codes, are configured. - Verify Your Carrier Settings
If your carrier is set to "Automatic - Lowest Rate Available", the QR code option will not be available.
To access QR code functionality:- Select a specific carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx) instead of the automatic option.
- Check for the QR Code Option Again
Once you’ve selected a specific carrier, the QR code toggle should become available. - Save Your Settings
After enabling the QR code feature, make sure to save your changes so it’s applied to future return requests.
