How to Enable These Carriers
To activate tracking for Metropolitan Warehouse or Dickerson Transportation, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your WeSupply dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → Carriers → Tracking Carriers.
- Click on the “Add New Carrier” button.
- Search for “Metropolitan Warehouse” or “Dickerson Transportation” in the list.
- Enter your carrier credentials as required (these are typically provided by the carrier). The credentials asked are:
- Dickerson Transportation:
- Customer number;
- API key;
- API password;
- Environment mode.
- Metropolitan Warehouse:
- API key;
- Environment mode.
- Dickerson Transportation:
- Save your changes.
Once added, tracking data from these carriers will automatically sync with your WeSupply account and be visible on your customer-facing tracking pages.
