Why This Happens
This error typically occurs when your EasyPost account is not configured to support international shipments. Even if everything is set up correctly within WeSupply, the system still relies on your connected shipping provider (such as EasyPost) to retrieve shipping rates and generate the appropriate labels.
If international labels are not enabled in your EasyPost account settings, the platform will not be able to fetch a rate, resulting in the “No rate found” error.
How to Resolve the Issue
To ensure international return labels can be generated successfully, follow these steps:
- Log in to your EasyPost account.
Navigate to your account settings. - Verify that international shipping is enabled.
Make sure your account is authorized to generate international return labels. This may involve enabling specific couriers or upgrading your account if necessary. - Check your carrier settings in EasyPost.
Ensure the carriers you use support international shipments and have active services between the countries involved. - Retry the return label generation in WeSupply.
Once the proper settings are in place, go back to WeSupply and attempt to generate the international label again.
