WeSupply is continuously improving platform security and user experience. A recent update has changed the search behavior on the Order & Return Lookup page to enhance data protection and ensure customer information remains secure.
Why Was This Change Made?
Previously, customers could locate their orders using just the order number and ZIP code. As of last Friday, an additional search field — email address — has been introduced as a required field.
This change was implemented for security purposes. Requiring the email address adds an additional verification step that helps ensure only the rightful customer can access sensitive order information.
Can I Revert to the Old Search Setup?
At this time, the updated search criteria cannot be changed back. The inclusion of the email field is a permanent change made to align with best practices for data privacy and security.
