How to Set Up In-Store and Curbside Pickup
To enable pickup for your Shopify store in WeSupply, follow these steps:
Step 1: Configure Pickup Locations in Shopify
- Log in to your Shopify Admin.
- Navigate to Settings → Locations.
- Ensure that your physical store locations are enabled for pickup. This includes setting them as fulfillment locations and enabling the pickup option for each.
Step 2: Sync Pickup Locations with WeSupply
- In the WeSupply platform, go to Settings → Locations → Manage Locations.
- Verify that the same store locations configured in Shopify are also present in WeSupply.
- Ensure that the pickup option is enabled for each applicable location.
Step 3: Enable Curbside Pickup in WeSupply
- Go to Settings → Locations → In-Store and Curbside Pickup.
- Enable the Curbside Pickup feature to activate the option for customers during checkout and return processes.
Once set up, your customers will be able to choose pickup options directly from the available store locations, creating a seamless experience across both your Shopify and WeSupply platforms.
